May is one of my favorite times of the year. The beginning of the summer season brings us great weather to spend more time outdoors with friends and family. Speaking of family, May also brings a day to celebrate the most prized person in everyone’s life, our mothers!!

She was always there for you, when you were sick at home, when you were playing sports and when you got married, Mom was there holding your hand. When I think of my own mother, I call her the no slice for me mom. One evening at dinner, after ordering a pizza my Mom had handed out slices to everyone, and none was left for her. She didn’t even blink an eye, it couldn’t have mattered less. She was happy we were well fed, and that was good enough for her. Don’t worry, we forced some of our slices onto her plate! Read More »

You can listen to countless tunes, from our 18 notes to our 72 notes, sample any song we have right here on your computer. You probably know this guy very well! Mike has many hats at Music Box Attic, but he definitely spends a lot of time on the phone with you, our customer. Mike is great at answering any questions you have!! We’re so lucky to have Mike on our team. We found him in 2009 and after one initial interview, invited him to join us.

Mike is so great with computers, he’s always there to help me with any question I have. I like to think of him as the photoshopping wizard. He also takes the beautiful snap shots of the music boxes you see on Music Box Attic (We don’t photoshop the boxes though! They are just as beautiful and striking in person!). One other task Mike is in charge of is the beautiful engraved plaques you can choose to put on your music box for an extra sentimental touch. Read More »
